“Atlants” Internet Library Regulations for the Amount and Disbursement of Royalty

1.	The royalty consists of 15% (fifteen percent) of the fee for each paid download of the Work from the website of 
the Internet library "Atlants" network. The amount of royalties for each work is rounded to whole euro cents.

2.	Royalties shall be paid no more than once a month, if the amount to be paid has reached at least 10 EUR (ten euros) 
and the author has activated the payment of royalties to the bank account and at the same time has not suspended this 
payment. If the amount to be paid is smaller, the royalty remains in the accrual and is added to the next month's amount.

3.	The Company shall pay the royalties in cash to the Author's bank account only after receiving the Confirmation from 
the Author for the consent to the concluded License Agreement. The Author may submit this consent to the Company by 
transferring € 0.01 from his / her bank account indicated in the profile to the Company's bank account specified in the 
Author's profile. The payment data must fully match the author's personal and the bank account data specified in the Author's 
profile, as well as the purpose of the payment must correspond exactly as specified in the Author's profile.

4.	If it is established that the Author has attempted to submit for publication a work unfamiliar or plagiarized, the 
Company has the right to suspend the payment of royalties to the Author, as well as cancel all the Author's accrual of 
royalties.

5.	If the Agreement is terminated at the request of the Author, then the unpaid accrual of royalties is canceled.

6.	The Company has the right to make changes in the Terms of Use of Atlants.lv, the Regulations and the terms of the 
License Agreement. If the Author does not agree with the new version of these documents, he has the right to terminate 
the concluded License Agreement within one month after the adoption of the new version of these documents, informing 
the Company thereof.
