This research explores various aspects of the Central African Republic, including its geography, history, ethnic groups, languages, and more. The study also applies Erin Meyer's eight cultural dimensions from the book “The Culture Map: Breaking Through the Invisible Boundaries of Global Business” to analyze the Central African Republic`s intercultural characteristics, such as communicating, evaluating, persuading, leading, deciding, trusting, disagreeing, and scheduling. The author of this research also created a cultural map to compare the cultural differences between the Central African Republic and Latvia.
