Everyone knows the risks that come with ultra violet light exposure and tanning, but does anyone really know the benefits? Only about a decade ago people were going to the beaches to get burnt. They thought it was the means of a good tan. Today however people now know the risks associated with getting burnt though most do not understand the benefits that sunlight can offer. Tanning salons are teaching the right way to use the ultra violet rays so that it is not harmful but beneficial.
