The system where the DNA information is kept may have glitches or viruses which may try to corrupt or even destroy the information that is stored. The glitches that occur in the system would be using a lot of the tax payer's money just to fix the problem; the glitches may cause the court cases to be incorrect because of the facts of the DNA being misunderstood and the wrong person being sentenced.
Government laws needed immediately to support my position is the passing of the freedom to give DNA or to deny, due to personal reasons. But a sturdy reason by the government and a warrant must be provided to the individual before extracting any sort of DNA from that individual.
