After analyzing some major points, other group behaviors in DiCon Fiberoptics have the similar negative impacts to the organization. Besides the hierarchies of experience and position level which downgrade motivation, another impact is that group sentiments are been overwhelmed by experienced workers. Consequently, a team lacked democracy is weak in innovations. Another outcome of diversity is that workers tend to be homogeneous such as using same languages, because problems from the group diversity have affected their sentiments, then their behaviors as well. Instead of having the same style, some people simply stayed only in the groups that have the same languages, ages and genders. After all, the impacts of demographic characteristics and diversity in DiCon Fiberoptics are relatively strong, which the organization needs to overcome these problems in order to reach high-performance levels and meet innovative paces.…
