To sum up, it is not easy to decide which styles is better the autocratic style or the democratic style. In practice, there are strengths in each style which give it the preference; nevertheless, there are also weaknesses that should be taking into consideration. May be autocratic style or democratic style will succeed in one firm, but perhaps this style will fail in the same company in another state or at another time.
