In the ever changing corporate environment, the role of human resources continue to change, incorporation of these concepts into HRM and integration into the overall strategic planning of the organization is essential in order to cope with rapid change, intense competition, and pressure for increased efficiency. In my career in management, over the past 20 years these changes in HRM have been necessary and an important part in making an organization successful.
