V. MANAGEMENT DESCRIPTION
Our business venture PET CARE will be managed in a fashion which will treat customer satisfaction as a most important parameter determining the success and efficiency of our business. Customer satisfaction is crucial since we depend on repeated purchase of our service. Building a close relationship is important, and our open door policy will ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of those relationships, since any suggestions from our staff (that is close to our customers) will be considered and acted upon. The overall management must ensure that the overall perception of the business is a PET CARE center which provides all of the necessary care and attention our customers dogs needs, and more.
On the other hand the working environment must represent the preferences of our employees in order to increase and retain their satisfaction, which will ultimately affect the overall service performance and increase customer satisfaction.
1.Human Resources Plan
The human resource plan will be concerned with recruiting and selecting the professional staff in order to assure high service quality.
