Yes, civil court moved the dispute along and the process for a judgement ultimately was closer for Mr. Buksa and Sun Toyota.
Would you feel comfortable taking a case into that court someday? Why or why not? (Attention groups--please provide an answer to this from each member.)
Yes, the process in court seems simple and a fair environment to go through issues, although court would be the last place you would like to find yourself, the judge we witnessed seem to be fair and heard from both sides. So again, I would feel comfortable if someday I would have to take a case to court someday.
