All of us every day face with interpretation of the provisions and legislation, want we it or not. Interpretation of one or the other law or laws may be different.
In my opinion, this topic is actual, because it affects every country's population. It is important how we interpret and apply law, the principles of law. I often hear: "One law, one justice for all!" But never ending speeches and actions undermine that argument, because the understanding of truth is different. For one it seems more important his own interests than the interests protected by law. While the other, appears that the law generally does not apply to him. But how else could you imagine community, the state's existence, without a law that would apply to each of equal treatment?
The conclusion remains that one - no matter where and what we are doing, loud screaming injustice is everywhere, perfect is nothing and the responsibilities and rights also are not balanced and equal, maybe because of obligations which are imposed, do not seem so tempting as a voluntarily acquired rights.…
