Authority between the main country’s institution divide in legislature, executive and judiciary in democratic countries nowadays.
Courts or “Third force” is the main expedient that helps provide juridical order. All institutions in country, such as police, government, each department in its region and local governments are responsible about the laws performance and observance, but court has the specific place in the providing the judicial order.
The declaration “About renewal of the independence in Republic of Latvia” is accepted in 4 may 1990. Since this time the main task to the government was the court reform.
Law “About judiciary” accepted in 15 December 1922, “Law about advocacy”, “Law about land book”, “Law about notary office”, Law about prosecutor office”, “Law about constitutional court” was accepted later. These laws prepare the judicial base to the reforms realization in respective institutions. Listed institutions change its status substantially, according to new laws. …
