Uniforms Are not Needed

If violence is the problem consider things like confronting students about issues that are taking place and teaching resolution techniques, securing school entrances, open-mike assemblies that would be held on a regular basis to give students the opportunity to express themselves; find ways of making the school safer instead of using a Band-Aid solution that stifles creativity and leaves potentially negative future effects.
