On the other hand, a high context charismatic leader might not be able to communicate his message so that a low context audience would understand it.
Charisma is a remarkable ability possessed by some people. It make people hang on to every word you say, and believe in it as well. It is a remarkable trait to a leader, as he or she needs to be able to pull people together in order to get the job done. Yet with our increasingly diverse workforce, it is becoming increasingly difficult to manage, as different cultures convey different ways to behave and interact with other people. The way of transmitting messages for a charismatic communicator in one culture might not work in a different culture, and only through awareness of this difference can a charismatic leader communicate in different cultures at a certain level of effectiveness.
