Advice to a Future Child

Dear Child,
My dreams for you only consist of one thing; I want you to have a long, happy life. In order to do this you must maintain a positive attitude. A positive attitude means that you must be balanced. You must take care of your mind and body. Make sure that you are always in good physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. As long as all of these components are well taken care of by you, then you will be able to keep a positive attitude. Remember that sometimes in life, you will have hard times. We all do; you are not alone.
