Actually I can’t agree that there are “small and big” crimes, because I think that every crime is a seriously violation of law. But if we compare burglary with rape – those crimes are not similar, ripe is more dangerous and deeper crime. In “small crime” category I can insert a burglary, vandalism, also shoplifting and a robbery, because all of those crimes are made for to get money. If a burglar have no money he will break in some rich house and steal some jewelries, antique things and of course money. Largest part of vandalists are youth people, who think that it is stylish to make graffiti on walls or to dismiss places. Mostly always, small crimes are punished with 3 – 5 years in prison or just with suspended sentences, but if the person is younger then 18, he will be sent to correctional institute. Maybe small crimes are not so criminal, but they also can commit bad thing to people, who are not related with crime. …
