Dick Whittington and His Cat by Mark Clements

I think that the front of house were very welcoming and polite. They were helpful with queries and always at hand. There were facilities for the disabled and the bar area was very nice. I felt safe and comfortable whilst I watched the pantomime, as I trusted that the front of house staff was well trained in the case of an emergency. I think that the programmes priced at £2.50 were reasonable and this encouraged me to buy a one.
I think that the pantomime was a success with all ages but particularly children. I think some improvements could have been made on Clements behalf with the jokes and their level of humour. I think this may have interested the adults more. The storyline and set were superb and it was a very nice experience. I think that Clements made a mistake with King Rat and could maybe have made him slightly more of a baddy as I think that King Rat had quite a comedy role. I think that the pantomime was successful but could have been more so with a few minor alterations to the script.
