Adolf Hitler was the chancellor of Germany. His decisions transformed a limited war in Europe into a great war. And then he transformed this war into the Second World War. People would say that he was many things but in my opinion he was just a warlord.
Adolf Hitler was born on April 20, 1889 in Austria. Soon after his birth his father retired and moved the family to Linz, Austria. In elementary school Hitler received good grades but in highschool he performed very poorly. This angered his father who unfortunately and a very mean temper. His mother wanted him to study and become a government worker but Hitler's dream was to become an artist.
Hitler went to Vienna to be an art student in 1907. He took the entry exam but he failed it. He tried again and failed. His mother died and he decided to settle in Vienna. In Vienna he took odd jobs and made very little money. In Vienna he was described as odd, moody, and ill tempered. He learned to hate Jews, Slavs, and other members of any other ethnic group. He considered himself German and had fierce pride.
