A person should not be evaluated by his colour, race and sexuality, the one should be judged according to the skills and ideas he/she posses and through which other could be benefited. In history, there were many important kings, warriors and merchants who played an important role in their lives. Most of these were men but there were some handful of women who became more famous as they applied there new ideas and skills towards their ambition. Certainly the status of there courageous women rose in the manly society. On one hand Japan's history was full of empresses who successfully ruled and helped ruling Japan during different eras. On the second hand, during the Early Middle Ages women got the chance to handle difficult responsibility of controlling the entire empire. This task was well performed by the women named Irene from the Byzantine Empire during the sixth century and the woman from the Frankish empire named Bathild during the seventh century. …
