The Last of the Mohicans is a film based on the novel of the same name. It's a fictional story set in the year 1757, during the French and Indian War. Though it takes place in the midst of a conflict between the countries of France and Britain, who are allied with numerous local Indian tribes, the recurring theme of this movie is of the power of love.
