Education system
Education in the United States is provided in public, private, and home schools. All children in the US have access to free public schools, private schools are available , but students must pay tuition to attend them.
Driving

Drive on the right hand side of the road (except in the US Virgin Islands!)
Observe all posted speed limits.
At least the driver and front seat passenger must wear a seat-belt.
Medical care
The US government does fund two kinds of health plans though: Medicare and Medicaid. They are especially designed for the elderly, disabled, poor, and young.
Many Americans have their healthcare paid for by their employer. It's often included as a fringe benefit in job packages.
