The School Year
The school year runs from September to July and is 39 weeks long.
After School clubs
In UK it is the norm for kids to go to some kind of an after school club, in some schools it even is mandatory.
The main purpose for their existence is to keep kids out of trouble by giving them something fun to do and to give them new skills.
