At the moment, of course, it's not that I don't use plastic at all, but I've reduced their use and I try to refuse it every day and hope that in the future I won't use it at all and that everyone will start to think about how he uses it everyday and whether it is really necessary. But this is not the only thing I've thought about. I am trying to give up meat, of course, I have not abandoned
it, but I have reduced their eating and I can say that I do not eat meat daily, not because of the principle, but because my body feel much better when I don't eat meat and of course because It's painful to watch all the videos that people share on the internet where animals are being
tormented so that only humans can enjoy meat even we can live without the meat. I am very inspired by my parents because my dad has refused meat and has not eaten for 8 years.
And I am very proud of him because it is very hard to keep up and start at first, especially for a man who ate it every day and now he lives happily for 8 years without meat and does not complain that he lacks it, he feels very good without it. In conclusion I want to tell you that you
should care about things that matter to you and appreciate that you have been given them.…
