The aim of this essay is to examine the main causes for euroscepticism in Europe and it’s influence on the European politics. As well, it is important to see the differences between the many cases of euroscepticism – in the case of Great Britain it is the country where tendencies of euroscepticism appeared at first and it varries from other European countries, as for example – France. In the context of this essay it would not be quite appropriate to analyse the differences of all the kinds of euroscepticism, so I will comare the euroscepticism in Great Britain and France. Great Britain is chosen because it is the euroscepticism origin country, and France is chosen because of it’s rejection of European constitution.
It is important to understand that euroscepticism is not a concrete term – the definition of this term varies in different forms. As well, there are different forms od euroscepticism and that means that there are, although negative, but different attitudes towards the European integration and membership in European Union. …
