John Searle' s "another philosophy" and with what kind of clarity he explains his position can be admired. First, he tells us what he is going to tell us, than tells this to us, and in the end tells us what he has told us before. Isn't it a good strategy? But even using such strategy, giving careful explanations and simple examples of social reality (like ordering beer, money, screwdrivers etc.) and defense of realism to reader, his book has some criticism to think about and which led Searle to modify his opinion and ideas in more recent publications.…
