My eating habits are not extraordinary. Mostly they are the same as to the other people. Like all common people I eat meat, because it is very important to health and body, but there is one exception – I hate lard. It’s so disgusting that when I eat it, and I eat that ‘raw’ piece of meat only if I hadn’t duly spotted it, I have feeling that I’m chewing a lump of warm glue. I also don’t like most of the dainties, maybe it’s because I’m a yokel. I would rather prefer a big, juicy roast of pure lean roasted into the oven. I just can’t understand how people can relish about such things as smoked salmon, roe, helixes, oysters and the most insane – froglegs. How can you eat something that is raw or just rolled in salt, I’m speaking about smoked salmon. It’s raw fish with salt… I just can’t understand what’s there so delicious.…
