People listen to music while travelling, studying, exercising, relaxing, cleaning, spending time with friends, celebrating important events, remembering the past, or simply filling silence. Unlike many activities that require complete attention, music can exist in the background of ordinary routines and still influence mood, energy, concentration, and memory.
