But during the performance, Jakob talks with Marlena that they will both run, hide, and find work later, but again their plans are interrupted by August, who remains furious and wants to kill them, but they are incredibly deserted by Rosie!
In my opinion this book is really interesting. I liked the communication between Jacob and all circus family, because they get very close and could give help to each other in every moment. I disliked August, because he was very aggressive and cruel.
