Maslow's hierarchy of needs is the best and simplest way to understand our needs and true this understands our behavior and acknowledgment that people are active participants in their own lives. If the basic needs can be simply understandable the highest need as self-actualization is much more complicate and without deep ourselves understanding can't be accepted. Self-actualized individuals have reached their potential and achieved a level of independence. They have accepted themselves, have established solid and trusting friendships, and have gained confidence with their roles in life. They also demonstrate an ongoing desire for personal growth and exploration. Self-actualization based on being values which later become self-actualization basic needs. Maslow affirms that self-actualization is the process and the first way to achieve it is to spear first step towards evolution, bee honest with ourselves and learn to listen our entity.
