Service apartments
Service apartments are for elderly, people with functional disabilities, who are not able to take care of themselves by themselves single-handedly at their own home environment, although they are receiving home care services.
Payments in regards of the rent and utilities service users pay by themselves,
and as before they receive social care services without paying anything extra.
