The terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 pushed to realize two very important points of international relations for the future. Firstly, it showed not only that no state even as strong as USA is invisible, but also made to acknowledge the new international order where different individual organizations had become as much significant as the states. The second most important thing is the enormous difference among the worlds regions where plenty collides indigence. The great inequality of development produce a threat of security because people with different living standards and education have a different mentality that takes nations to misunderstandings, intolerance and even war. …
