Sometimes I’m going for a shopping to Riga Central Market - Apart from the shopping this market reflects the ages old traditional and practices of Riga. This market is divided into pavilions, and the locals here are helpful and will you guide you about the various aspects of the market. Inside the halls you’ll find mainly food – vegetables, honey, home – made chocolate, cheese, meat, fish, and all things smoked – basically all kind of food imaginable. Quite interesting – and a bustling place! There are also hundreds of stalls outside the hangars – where you’ll find absolutely everything – from knitted socks, handmade soaps and candles – to closes, cell phones, computer games and general knickknack! Visitors are still to be cautioned against pickpockets.…
