The company was founded on June 9, 1994. The sole founder and shareholder of the company is Riga Dome (Riga City municipality).
In the action beginning an enterprise executed two functions :
A health protection divided of the foreseen a health protection state budgetary means the Riga medicine establishments;
the voluntarily health insurance of populations.
