Presently, Australian architecture has an international style of large cities in the company of towering structures of concrete, steel and glass similar to those in other countries. However, some modern Australian architecture is highly unusual. For example the Oprah House with its sail-like roofs. Currently in New Zealand there are fewer large city structures then Australia, the main one being in Auckland. In the South Island there are many historical and classical buildings surrounded by diverse areas of land. For example, Christchurch?s architecture is made up of much church styled buildings just as it was in the past. New Zealand?s wide range of architectural styles signifies a variation in values throughout the country.…
