The behavioralists and scientists from traditional schools commited to ‘’methodological individualism’’. Their studies are tended to individe as the target of science. The problem which arise is how to complain such terms as the state, nation, society. The state or society were understood as sum of their parts, but actualy it was very wrong possesion. David Easton created the systems theory. He explored the possibilities of viewing political life in systemic terms. Each part of society is dependent from each other. All these parts are connected to the whole. Easton argued that systems are not real or essential, they are no more than artifical constructions with heuristic value. Systems theory postulated that changes in one element will not be limited to whole unit.…
