I am writing in response to your advertisement which appears in today’s newspaper.
As you can see from my enclosed CV, after finishing secondary school I have been working as a receptionist at a busy hotel for 2 years. After 1 year working, the manager promoted me to the position of staff manager, in charge of a team of 20. I was responsible for organizing the shifts, as well as making sure work has been properly done, but mostly my work was with computers and customers.
