Fotorefraktīvā keratometrija jeb PRK ir acu lāzeroperācija miopijas, hipermetropijas un astigmatisma korekcijai. PRK 1983.gadā izstrādāja Dr. S.Trokels un viņa kolēģi, pirmo reizi šo metodi pielietoja Berlīnē 1987.gadā (StatPearls, 2020).

PRK ir pirmais lāzeroperācijas veids redzes korekcijā un tas ir populārās LASIK lāzeroperācijas priekšgājējs (J of Evolution of Med and Dent Sci, 2015).
