As for me, I have too much homework, that is full all my time of the day. Considering all the right time management, doing tasks in advance, avoiding procrastination I do have not enough time for sleep and myself. I’m forced to sacrifice all my free time because the level of what we do at lessons does not the same as at tests.
In conclusion, it has to be said that, sleep is one of the most important things in teenagers’ life. We can't ignore millions of years of evolution and stay up all night and work all day without normal breaks. It can lead to more serious problems.
