It is not recommended to choose July, August, Christmas and Easter time for business trips to France.

from 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. To 6:30 or 7:00 p.m..

Dinner invitations are usually at 8:30 p.m. and it is espected to stay until 11:00 p.m.;
For business conversations it is better to choose more silent places like hotel bar;
