Advantages of collaboration influence not only one person but the whole group, leads it to more innovation, increases success and improves communication between groupmates. Besides, it gives possibility to help each other reach their goals and develop trust and tolerance.
To sum up, ability to learn, strength and collaboration are the most important skills needed to succeed in the 21st century workplace. It makes one a quick learner, good listener, brave, fearless of mistakes, stress-ressistant and a great teammate.
