II. Conclusion
Learning will never be a simple set of principles and theories. Each individual will learn and interpret things differently. Sharing your knowledge with others will help to broaden and improve ones learning skills. Organization, motivation, awareness, attitude, expectations ,
and knowledge of the subject that one is trying to learn will effect how and what they learn.
I have a much better understanding of learning in adults and children because of the Adult Learner chapter 4 Andragogy and Pedagogy, Learning Style Inventory (LSI), Introduction to
Type and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). From this knowledge I hope to be able to learn, teach, manage and solve problems more effectively whether with my children or my employees.
