The main issue of the text is noticing not only bad things but also improvements around yourself.
In my opinion, it is important to see what is getting better.
First of all, many people tend to notice bad things. They tend to focus on negativity. And when you see only bad, there are coming consequences such as sadness, disappointment, melancholy and depression. For example, if person focuses only how polluted our planet is, they will be very upset and think that the only thing that others can do is throw their garbage on the streets. Also many people tend to compare themselves to others and find more and more things that they do not like about themselves and it is called social comparison theory.…
