The phenomenon of school dropouts is a major social problem that is especially serious among youth with learning disabilities and serious emotional disturbance. One friend of mine had neither of them, but alcohol was that matter, which almost ruined his life. I guess that his proclivity comes through his father’s genes, which is pretty keen on having a smile even with himself.
