Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author of Sherlock Holmes books and the creator of the John H. Watson character. He is the creator of great stories, for example, "A Study in Pink" and "The Hound of Baskervilles". Sherlock Holmes is one of the most iconic characters in literature, and his adventures have been adapted into numerous movies and TV shows. Both episodes showcase the complexities of the relationship between Sherlock and his friend and partner, Dr. Watson. In one of the opening scenes of “A Study in Pink”, Watson's therapist notes that Watson is having "trust issues."
The aim of the paper is to analyse if trust issues can be remedied, is trust important nowadays, why trust is important. As well as after viewing adaptions of Sherlock Holmes’ original stories “The Hound of the Baskervilles” and “A Study in Pink” analyse if Dr. John Watson resolve his trust issues.
