Viesnīcu prakses uzdevumi
1.uzdevums
1.1. Apmeklējot personīgi vai balstoties uz savu pieredzi, atrodiet 2 dažādus viesmīlības uzņēmumus pēc starptautiski pieņemtas klasifikācijas pēc lieluma: mazu un vidēju uzņēmumu.
1.2 .Sniedziet vispārēju informāciju par izvēlētajiem uzņēmumiem šādos jautājumos:
Darbības vieta;
Uzņēmējdarbības tiesiskā forma, īpašuma forma;
Uzņēmuma vieta un loma Latvijas vai citas valsts ekonomikā;
Kā uzņēmums piedalās vides aizsardzības pasākumos un kāda ir vides politikas ietekme uz uzņēmumu;
Sociālās izmaiņas valstī, novadā, pilsētā un to loma uzņēmuma darbībā un attīstībā;

2.1. Analizējiet abu izvēlēto viesmīlības uzņēmumu uzņēmējdarbības saistību ar citām tūrisma nozarēm: ēdināšana, konferenču un semināru organizēšana, transports, ceļojumu biroji, izklaide;
2.2. Raksturojiet uzņēmumu iesaistīšanos kādā starptautiskā apvienībā jeb ķēdes viesnīcā . Kādas līdz ar to ir priekšrocības un spēks vai vājības un negatīvie aspekti?
