As Great Britain has a great role in the history of exploring the Globe and I am really interested in it, I decided to investigate more on this subject. I would like to mention that the first Globe explorers were seafarers. I chose, in my opinion, the most significant figures among explorers in British history: pirate and navigator John Cabot (15th century), pirate and explorer Sir Francis Drake (16th century), pirate (buccaneer1) Sir Henry Morgan (17th century) and navigator and explorer James Cook (18th century).
