Do you dread sitting at your desk all day? Does your body ache after work? If so, you are not alone. Every year thousands of computer users complain about pain in their necks, backs, legs, shoulders, elbows, and wrists. As more people use the computer for work, education and recreation-, the number of computer-related injuries increases. A broad name for the majority of these computer-related injuries is Cumulative Trauma Disorder (CTD) also known as Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI). According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Repetitive Stress Injuries account for more than half of all work-related injuries . As everything now a days is involving the use of computer.
