In conclusion, „Southwestern Advantage” is an old, experienced and powerful company, meant for students who have high expectations for their lives. Company’s reputation helps students to gain credible and highly valued work experience. Students profit fully depends on their input in the job, therefore, they learn to work independently and motivate themselves. Southwestern gives students the opportunity to constantly challenge themselves and for this reason, they grow as personalities, because they experience the moment when they feel they cannot go on but cannot go back either and that is when humans grow. Interns spend summer out of their comfort zone
During summer students gain skills which are highly-rated by the employers and it gives them head-start over other course-mates at their universities when looking for a job. Students get applicable evidence of improving their leadership skills, ability to work in a team, communication skills, and organizational, recruiting, and problem-solving skills.
Meanwhile, prior sales experience is not necessary, and students who are willing to be future entrepreneurs are looking for sales experience missing, due to the reason that career always involves selling - whether it is ideas, information, products or services. Company’s internship program gives students unique training by providing a real sales experience. Students get world-class sales training, individual tuition from experienced student managers and access to 160 years of experience in direct sales.
