I am writing to express my concern about the credit card, which I wanted to use
while I was travelling around Britain. This all started when I tried to use it for the
first time and the cash machine said that the personal identity number I had typed was
incorrect. I typed it in again and the machine kept my card but did not give me any
money.
This was not just an isolated incident. Further I phoned the bank and was
passed from one person to another and I had to explain more then once what had
happened. After a while of talking to one of your employees, despite the fact I was
abroad , they promised to send me a replacement card immediately.…
