Main characters (description, personality traits, actions, etc)
I will write what I like about The Power of Meaning because the book hasn’t main characters.
I realy enjoy reading science-based books because they are usually more reliable and anchored in truth. It doesn’t meant that all such books are 100% truthful, but you can usually find more reliable information in a science-based book. I trust such books more than books just with describing one person's story.
I like that this book has absolutely everything: scientific explanations, the writer's experience and her personal history, other people's experiences at different times. It was easy enough to read because the book was written in an interesting manner and in simple words that I didn't need to translate every 5 seconds.
Another reason I liked this book is my interest in this topic. I am now developing myself as a person and trying to understand what I want from life and set goals for myself to strive for them. In the book I found new and wise thoughts.

What can the book teach? What have you learnt from the book?
The book taught me that I need to change my mindset to be happy. …
