During the XXI century we have fallen out of one extreme into another- some of us are too slim, always worry about keeping fit and count calories, but more and more people become too heavy. Both these extreme sides are bad for health. In many cases overweight are the lack of elementary exercises, use of salty, fatty fast food, being into virtual world too much time. Overweight causes many seriously illness, it is pity that our children to put on weight. But our habits began in the family, so it is very important to teach all the society how to keep normal weight or it will be too late… because the children are our future.
The by-gone centuries of human beings have been labeled by anthropologists as ‘’Paleolithic Man’’, ‘’Neolithic Man’’, etc. When the time comes for anthropologists to describe the 21st century, they will surely choose the label ‘’Legless Man’’. Histories of the time will tell us something like this: ‘’ in the 21st century, people forgot how to use their legs. …
